There are seasons in relationships where forgiveness feels impossible. Pain is real. Trust has been damaged. Distance has formed. Yet the story is not finished. In this breakout, we will explore how forgiveness can take up space again in high-conflict relationships. We will draw from the Integrated Mediation and Restoration model to understand what forgiveness is and what it is not, how to practice it step-by-step, and how to live it out without losing yourself. This is a guided conversation about reclaiming hope in relationships where things have felt broken for a long time.
